1. As discussed at our meeting Code of Conduct. A few concerns were 1. litter 2. If and when the abuse is to much the Home team is ultimately responsible. 3. If the abuse continues the first person it will affect is the players. Overall they were pleased we are addressing the issue.

2. The OLA needs copies of our Policy Papers for the upcoming year. They would like them all signed by the associations. Hopefully we can sign them at the SAGM

3. Issues of Concern - a. registration deadlines b. checking registrations at provincials or qualifiers. c. OMFLL final rosters set by Qualifiers which means form must be in by May 10 - 12. d. Please correct if wrong Lynn the OWL registration deadline is July 1
